Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Jenny!
I’m a recovering workaholic and passionate life and leadership coach who enjoys helping people unlock new dimensions of their potential.
I’ve always loved a good story, and my professional life is a story I consider a work in progress. I've held leadership roles in sales, human resources, consulting, and coaching, culminating in the position of CEO.
When I hit that professional milestone, I understood I had pursued a dream that didn’t align with my purpose.
-
Having a CEO title and responsibility helped me realize my true joy and gifts lie in understanding and guiding people through their internal world, not toward quarterly or annual business goals. This epiphany led me back to coaching and a more spiritual path.
Growth is a core value for me, and my therapist recognized it before I saw it myself. The values I have clarity about are creativity, curiosity, and fun. I believe there's no single "right way" to do things. I still sometimes think I may be doing things wrong, but creativity and curiosity always help me climb out of that hole. I understand that life can be challenging, unfair, and downright cruel. I have learned from Indigenous and people of color who have experienced more adversity than I have that being serious all the time is not the best way through suffering.
Aligned with my core value of growth, professionally and spiritually, I've explored a lot of niches. I hold coaching certifications with iPEC, ICF, Coach-U, and C-IQ. My desire to help others connect through the personality lens led me to the DiSC and Myers-Briggs tools. My curiosity about leaders, groups, and team dynamics led to certifications with the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the Leadership Challenge. I have completed Internal Family Systems, Positive Intelligence, Shamanic Healing, Human Design, and Psychedelic Integration Coaching courses. These frameworks inform my unique point of view.
When not exploring new areas of study, I spend time with my family, which includes my husband, three daughters, and two dogs. With our nest emptying this fall, I'm embracing the quiet and preparing for new adventures alongside this fall’s Inner Circle group. Nature also brings me comfort, and I’m currently focused on identifying trees and flowers and finding ways to connect with nature daily.
My ability to see the potential in others that they often miss makes me unique. This talent helps me in my coaching career, allowing me to act as a mirror for my clients. I believe in the importance of relationships, which is why I include one-on-one coaching in my programs.
I've created this workshop series with dedication and care, and I look forward to sharing it with nine other women. While this is the first iteration of this seasonal series, there will be more to come. Please book a call if you feel compelled to join me this fall.
Why did I create this program?
Earlier this year, I learned from a Native American spiritual elder in Brazil about the sacred circle, symbolizing the start and end of life. The center of our individual circle invites a higher power beyond our personality and attachments.
I created this workshop series because I sense a collective yearning for connection and authenticity, both with others and with our higher selves. These connections to our can guide us through future challenges.
As independent women, we need to nurture our physical, emotional, social, and spiritual selves. The inner circle represents the higher power within our human center, holding us together. This series aims to help you reconnect with these aspects and remember the beautiful parts of yourself.
It's time to slow down, sit together, and seek guidance from our inner circle.
